Since November 2022, we have successfully owned and operated a short-term rental business in Germany, combining our passion for hospitality with a deep understanding of rural tourism. Located on a sprawling organic farm in northern Germany, we created a 12-bed luxury natural lodge—a serene estate designed for larger groups, seniors, and families seeking a unique countryside retreat.

This project was a comprehensive endeavor during which we:

  • Conceptualized and Renovated:

    Transformed the property from scratch into a high-end lodging experience, balancing modern comfort with the natural charm of the surroundings from an organic farm.

  • Developed a Marketing Strategy:

    Designed and launched an engaging online pitch to attract domestic and international guests, utilizing platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Home Exchange, and a channel manager.

  • Assembled a Dedicated Team:

    Hired and trained a skilled team of five to manage day-to-day operations. Overseeing HR tasks such as payroll management and scheduling, while actively automating processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
